Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Directing daily activities in the customer service division.
  2. Addressing customer service problems as soon as they arise.
  3. Establishing efficient customer service standards, rules, and procedures.
  4. Establishing customer satisfaction objectives and working with the team to consistently meet them.
  5. Putting in place a successful client loyalty program.
  6. Keeping thorough records and recording all interactions and conversations with customers.
  7. Evaluating service data and writing thorough reports on your findings.
  8. Recruiting and educating new customer care representatives.
  9. Managing the customer service department’s approved spending plan.
  10. Keeping up with the newest approaches and techniques in the industry.
