Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. To make certain that all reporting lines and activities are carried out as intended or in keeping with established operational procedures.
  2. To determine the departmental staff’s needs for training and development and to make that a succession plan is in place and being followed. 
  3. To assess each team member’s special skills and determine how to best apply them to attaining the organization’s goals.
  4. To oversee employee performance and administrative duties to guarantee maximum efficiency and deliver superior service within the department.
  5. To keep an eye on requirements and allocate resources as needed in order to provide the results necessary to meet the SLAs.
  6. Budgeting, cost management, and setting priorities.
  7. Organizes operations that influence supply chain, logistics, and other operational decisions and business requirements.
  8. Responsible for organizing and arranging daily.
