Responsibilities:

The Head of Digital and Technology will be in charge of overseeing EMOWAA’s premier digital programming to produce top-notch content based on Benin’s widely acknowledged material culture.
Encompassing other West African civilizations.
This expert will take the lead in enhancing the Pavilion’s technological skills, obtaining the necessary tools.
Most significantly, creating a productive and motivated team of professionals that are as enthusiastic about the subject matter as they are about the delivery method.
The EMOWAA is looking for a highly driven leader who is interested in developing a team
Portfolio that will inspire a generation of researchers, learners, and innovators that are distributed throughout the world about the rich history of West Africa.
You’ll oversee a group of IT and digital experts.
Ensure databases created for individual projects and in EMOWAA’s core operations are designed in accordance with the needs of users and of long-term data access.
Develop sustainable digital archives, factoring in the long-term management, preservation and accessibility of EMOWAA’s digital data.
Identify partner institutions that can support these aims and, were appropriate, to develop collaborative relationships and projects.
