Head of Mission- HMC211

1. is responsible for the COOPI organization in Chad;
participates in the definition of the country strategy and intervention priorities;
2. is the guarantor of the proper implementation of projects in compliance with the procedures of the organization and donors;
3. also represents the organization vis-à-vis the government, donors, humanitarian actors and other partners;
4. must also be comfortable with the financial aspects of the assignment and with the design aspects of complex projects (proposal writing, periodic and final reports, M&E) so that he can work effectively with the administration and departments of programs.
