Head of Operations

Responsibilities

To ensure operational efficiency and drive revenue, customer growth for the logistics set up.
To Identify areas of operational loopholes and seek ways to address them.
Develop and implement operational policies and key performance results for all units within the courier set up.
Involving in the coordination, supervision and training of all managers and line operation officers.
Coordinate all operational activities (intra and interstate) shipment.
Develop and maintain the best applicable practices to enhance the operation across terminals.
Generate operational reports and other financial reports if possible for management use.
Generally perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management.
