Job Description
The Head of Programmes (HoP) will report to and work under the general supervision of the General Secretary and will receive technical guidance and support from him and other relevant technical specialists within the Secretariat. The main responsibilities of the HoP shall be to provide strategic leadership, integration of multiple projects or programmes, and operational management of the ACMs Country programme in line with the ACMs Strategic Plan.
