Strategy: With le.la Head of Mission, and in close functional connection with the Headquarters Medical Service, you will contribute to the development of new medical interventions on the mission. You will ensure an epidemiological watch on the country and analyze the strengths and weaknesses from the point of view of public health.
Programs: You will ensure the adequacy of the medical program(s) with the PUI health policy and control its quality and effectiveness.
Representation: You will represent the association to partners, authorities and local actors involved in the implementation of medical programs.
Human Resources / Training: You will supervise the medical coordination team (PUI employees), provide support to program managers in the recruitment of technical profiles and supervise technical training actions based on identified needs.
Logistics and administration: You will ensure compliance with the logistical and administrative procedures of the activity(ies) under your responsibility.
Security: You will contribute to compliance with the security rules on the mission and will transmit all security information to the Head of Mission. You will ensure the organization of health care for the expatriates of the mission.
