Plan and coordinate IRC health interventions in Lac province;
Provide supervision and technical support to IRC health activities in Lac province;
Ensure that health programs use standard protocols, policies and guidelines prescribed by the Chadian Ministry of Health and WHO;
Ensure that all health activities comply with best management practices;
Ensure that the medical stock is sufficient and that drugs are stored and used rationally and that the supported health centers are regularly supplied;
Ensure monitoring and appropriate decision-making, based on data relevant to IRC’s health program;
Explain the content of the project to the teams and ensure that everyone has the same understanding of the activities and indicators;
Supervise the implementation and expansion of projects in its area of intervention;
Ensure that the objectives of the projects are achieved;
Develop, offer recommendations and implement strategies that increase the use of health services and their integration into the national health system;
Write and provide reports (internal and external);
Identify opportunities for program expansion;
Coordinate the implementation of the ICCM approach in the health district of Liwa and Bol and in the other health districts of the said province if necessary;
Support the strengthening of the COGES in their roles and responsibilities in the province of Lac.
