  1. The business analyst will report to the CEO and support the ancillary team, operations team with ad hoc and standard reporting dashboards.
  2. The analyst will also complete various analysis as well as provide performance trends and insights. In addition, the analyst will assist with driving ancillary initiatives and identifying/measuring KPIs.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage ancillary reporting including dashboards, monthly performance updates, trend analysis, and initiative tracking.
  2. Gather reporting/dashboard requirements from various stakeholders and deliver desired output.
  3. Evaluate data and report findings for accuracy, completeness, intent, and scope, etc.
  4. Work cross-functionally (Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance, Fleet, etc.) to obtain and validate information.
  5. Assist with finding new product revenue and cost saving opportunities.
  6. Support various ancillary initiatives from both a performance and project management perspective.
  7. Work with other operations team members on reporting/analytics/insight requests.
  8. Identify and create new ways to visualizing data and showing performance trends.
  9. Handle various ad hoc requests including ones from senior management.
  10. Maintain fees and surcharge pricing in counter system.
  11. Support the operational excellence team in terms of providing analytics/insights relating to process improvement opportunities.
  12. Assist with determining new metrics to evaluate business/product performance.

Skills & Experience

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  2. Minimum of two years experience in similar role within hospitality.
  3. Experience with Teradata/writing queries in SQL.
  4. Proficient in MS Office suite of tools.
  5. Drive results through teamwork.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication.
  7. Strategic and analytical mindset.
  8. Ability to complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines.
  9. Experience supporting initiatives/project management preferred.
  10. Experience working cross functionally.
  11. Product/rental business experience preferred.
  12. Highly organized and strong attention to detail.
