Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Delivering immaculate, elegant, professional, and high-class experiences for guests
  2. Evaluating consumer reviews and providing strategic guidance to consistently raise the overall rating
  3. Addressing guests' needs and foreseeing their unspoken ones
  4. Keep track of daily reservations and make sure assigned rooms are ready before check-in
  5. Overseeing reservations and financial transactions, as well as check-in and check-out procedures
  6. Actively hear and address grievances
  7. Ensure that VIPs, senior guests, youngsters, and those with disabilities receive specialized care.
  8. Organize and control staff and visitor communication, and ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
  9. Inform guests about the hotel's amenities, such as the breakfast and dining alternatives.
  10. Promote all the services, facilities, and activities that the hotel offers.
