Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Keeping an eye on all the operations of the hotel, including activities of all departments.
  2. Create and apply a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
  3. Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
  4. Organize activities and assign responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
  5. Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
  6. Responsible for planning work schedules for individuals and teams.
  7. Coordinate front-office and back-office activities and resolve any problems.
  8. Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness.
  9. Supervise maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings.
  10. Inspecting all the rooms regularly to check if they are keeping up with the hotel standards.
  11. Responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
  12. Responsible for managing budgets.
  13. Monitoring daily and monthly revenue generated, as well as cost and expenses.
  14.  Upholding the guidelines established by the hotel owner Any other duty that may be assigned.
