Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. The day-to-day management of the hotel will be in the hands of the hotel manager.
  2. Plan, carry out, and oversee daily operations for the entire hotel
  3. Plan your hotel's finances and budget.
  4. Plan and coordinate hotel events to increase sales.
  5. control and keep track of accommodation costs
  6. Control and monitor hotel inventories
  7. Together with marketing teams, plan and carry out marketing programs.
  8. Establish and maintain a solid rapport with customers and visitors.
  9. Establish connections with suppliers.
  10. Introduce and utilize fresh concepts
  11. Hire and train new hotel employees. Assess employee performance.
  12. Make sure that safety precautions and laws are followed
  13. Organize and control shifts and timetables.
