JOB SUMMARY

 

DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Pre-NYSC and NYSC HR Intern. The successful candidate will provide support to our HR, digital marketing and customer service departments. He/She will also manage email andphone correspondence with job candidates and clients, write articles on our websites and manage our social media accounts. He or she must be a tech-savvy fast learner, willing to quickly learnmultiple software tools and adapt to a fast-paced technology environment.Candidate should have some experience writing 1000+ words articles on websitesand managing social media platforms like linkedin, intagram, twitter andfacebook.  Some experience in youtube presentation will be an advantage. Educational requirementis a BSc or HND (Second Class Upper Division). QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND.
  • Minimum grade of second-class upper division.

 

SKILLS AND EXPECTATIONS

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy, and above-average experience with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Publisher.
  • Willingness to quickly adapt to a technology fast-paced environment.
  • Experience publishing 1000+ words articles on websites.
  • Excellent diction and suitable phone voice for customer service.
  • Fast learner and excellent can-do attitude to work.
  • Great persuasive and inter-personal skills.
  • Good experience in social media marketing.
