Job Description
The HIS Nurse will coordinate all aspects of HIV/STI Prevention (Counseling, Testing, Referrals and HIV Linkage to Care programs. This position will act as a resource in HIV/STIs within the EMPOWER Project. The position support effective implementation of the HTC service delivery through Mobile Outreach Clinics as well as MoH facilities, He /She will directly support district teams to provide HTS including support to strengthen referral and linkage services.
