Currently recruiting for the position of a Human Resource Manager

 

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Profile: Responsible for Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Performance Management, Workplace Policies and Practices, Learning & Development and Employee Relations. The role requires the development and adaptation of HR processes and documentation to ensure alignment within the Company goals and objectives and perform other general administrative tasks.

Core Responsibilities
Active monitoring of the company’s manpower requirements and ensure appropriate HRM policies/ procedures are in place to address identified needs.
Develop and execute a performance management system that fosters improved performance and increased communication and is aligned with rewards practices.
Develop and execute people management strategies that deliver the business goals.
Monitor benefits and Compensations; salary structure and maintaining personnel record systems.
Manage Employee retention strategy by ensuring good company reputation for staff treatment and salary process.
Ensure HRM policies and procedures continually support the company’s current and future strategic direction.
Manage the process of Employee Training and careers advancement
Ensure smooth administrative and facilities management.
Facilitate the dissemination of the corporate culture and values of the company.
Ensure the existence of cordial management and employee relationship.
Implement the company’s corporate communication policy.
Review and manage staff competencies and training needs to enable staff to perform their role effectively
Participate in the risk profiling of their staff through screening and background checks
Ensure internal communication amongst interested parties and employees within Parkway.
Formulate career development plans to retain high performing employees
Ensure the hiring and onboarding processes eliminates recruitment errors and is seamless from the perspective of the onboarded staff.

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

Professional certification is an advantage
Experience in human resources or related fields.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
