Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan.
  • By addressing demands, complaints, or other concerns, strengthen management and employee relationships.
  • Manage the whole recruiting, selection, and recruitment process. Design and implement efficient onboarding strategies.
  • Create recurring programs for staff development
  • Give the management advice and help on topics like wage bargaining, disciplinary and grievance issues, equal opportunity policies, and employment law.
  • Keep track of personnel data (attendance, leave, loans, etc.) in accordance with company policy and statutory obligations.
  • Support present and future company demands through growing, involving, inspiring, and preserving human capital
  • Create and keep track of the organization's overall HR strategies, methods, tactics, and procedures.

Requirements 

  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
