HR Consultant Needed At Modian Consulting Firm
As an HR Consultant, you are expected to critically review a pool of applicants for a job role in order to identify the best candidates among them that live or best match the job description given by our client. Subsequently, you will shortlist according to well defined criteria, and communicate to the shortlisted candidates the interview or job test date as the case may be.
In addition to having the appropriate HR certificates, he or she must:
have excellent communication skills especially in writing and speaking components.
Have hand-on experience on creating a winning resume
While prior experience in this role is a clear advantage, it is not a requirement for a successful applicant
Minimum qualification is BSc/HND.
Remuneration: Less than 75K
