Job Description
- Developing and implementing HR policies and plans
- Coordinate and facilitate new employee hiring process
- Prepare staff leave and loan applications and follow through for the approval
- Create job descriptions for employees
- Counsel, orient and train management and heads of departments on the interpretation and administration of HR policies and procedures as they pertain to employees
- Oversee and manage employee issues such as complaints, counseling, disciplinary and grievances
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all company HR matters
