Contribute to the development of the WFP Chad HR management plan, and provide operational HR activities or projects, following standard processes and ensuring alignment with WFP’s broader policies.
Provide advice to managers and employees, understand their needs and ensure that policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools are available and properly applied to support them.
Ensure effective management of the employment relationship between WFP and its staff, by administering appropriate conditions of service, contracts and rights, and by resolving employee relations issues.
Provide quality service delivery to clients (operational services) using a computerized service delivery system;
Contribute to staff capacity building by working closely with managers to understand the individual skills and operational requirements required, in order to organize / provide skills development solutions that enable employees to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary to meet current and future challenges.
Provide orientation activities that ensure new employees have a positive MAP experience and are successfully integrated into their new role and organization.
