Duties and Resoinsibilities

Stores system repairs. (System not coming up, slow system, hard disk repairs and change, system not printing, Laptop fixing, system servicing, etc)
Stores ICG management
Stores Loyalty Program Management
HQ Server Management , data security and data protection/backup
Network Management at stores and HQ
Assist in Tester management
Report generation for Management and Line staff
Effecting approved Sales Promotions by management at stores and HQ
Price changes and Data Input/Editing
Stock issues (Investigation & Resolution)
Resolve ICG issues as affecting other department duties (eg Account/ICG reconciliation)
Printer Management
Day to Day data management. Purchasing, Invoicing, Transfers, Price change, etc
CUG phonecall issues
Web/Online duties collaboration with online team. Online/ICG resolution and sales
Resolving software possible malfunction and Data errors created at stores and HQ or by software itself
Sundry duties

Please note that the Head Office is Located at Trade-Fair,Thus proximity to location is a MUST.
