ICT System Support Officer
- Provide technical support and advice as required across all the enterprise’s income-generating outlets and offices.
- Rectify problems relating to the malfunction of ICT equipment including software
- Supports implementation of ICT management systems and strategies, focusing on the achievement of results
- Integrate security, physical control solutions for all confidential data and systems
- Respond to ICT Support requests in a timely fashion to ensure minimum disruption to service delivery.
