Installing, testing and repairing PCs, fixing performance issues, diagnosing hardware- related problems;
Troubleshooting, maintaining and repairing computer peripherals, and storage devices installed on desktops or laptops;
Replacing defective components;
Designing, configuring, and testing computer hardware;
Analyzing equipment performance records to determine the need for repair or replacement;
Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to requirements;
Providing orientation and guidance to users on operating new software and computer equipment; and
Any other duty as assigned from time to time
