Implementation Engineer-IE221

Responsibilities:

Install and configure network and security hardware.
Design network diagrams and system setups.
Network and security device remote and on-site troubleshooting to fix technical problems.
To better understand the needs of the client, communicate with the project management and pre-sales units.
In order to tackle technological problems, communicate with outside vendors when necessary.
Communicate with the project management team to ensure that there is sufficient documentation both before and after the project is completed.
Support customers as per support contract.
oversee the network infrastructure for a client
Report on assigned projects and support cases once a week.
Continuously increase your technical abilities to do better work
To ensure the best performance, establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Salary

N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
