Responsibilities:

To make sure the internal security controls are suitable and working as intended, monitor and provide advice on information security issues relating to the systems and workflow.
Putting in data encryption, firewalls, and other security measures.
Response to information security issues should be coordinated.
Keeping abreast of the most recent intelligence, including hacker tactics, is expected in order to foresee security breaches.
Conduct security audits, data classification assessments, and remediation plan management.
Responsible for investigating new technologies that will effectively protect a network in order to prevent data loss and service interruptions.
Take preventative measures to stop security breaches.
Keep abreast with new or updated security solutions, enhanced security procedures, and the emergence of new threats and threat vectors. Maintain thorough understanding of the IT security sector.
Determines potential dangers.
