Responsibilities:

The on-site role, which reports to the capital project IT lead, coordinates the supply of IT infrastructure components for site capital projects (s).
This applicant will work closely with the capital project IT teams and be present on the project site full-time to assist in delivering the IT solutions developed for the projects.
Offers both new and existing employees management and support for Office 365.
Support for computer hardware, software, and networks.
Patching and updating software as necessary.
If there are any technical issues, get in touch with Avaya first and work with their team.
The primary contact for reported call center problems and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Ensures that concerns and issues related to IT compliance are properly evaluated.

Salary
N220,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
