Infrastructure Supervisor (Site Clearing)
- Prepare earthworks program along with the Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager
- Execute earthwork activities in accordance to plan/program
- Supervision of substructure works to ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Responsible for selection of production crew (earthworks team)
- Preparation of progress report and update the project management team on progress.
- Direct and train the foremen and field staff to ensure their continued development.
- Assist in ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
