Responsibilities

Ensure proactive health checks and performance assurance of the connected Robertshaw Panel integrated Control, Safety Instrumented, and Fire & Gas Systems components.
Make sure to do regular health checks on servers and workstations for human-machine interfaces. system failure detection and repair.
For fault tracing and problem-solving, it’s necessary to access and interpret Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Cause and Effects Matrix (C&E), Process Flow Scheme (PFS), Functional Logic Diagram (FLD), Instrument Loop Drawings (ILD), and Process Engineering Flow Scheme (PEFS).
To ensure the safe delivery of vendor-based maintenance jobs, closely collaborate with the service contractor(s).
Start and maintain a spares procurement strategy for quick delivery for maintenance execution.
Through quality control, performance standard testing, and preventative and corrective maintenance procedures for safety-critical equipment, ensure the technical integrity of assets.
