JOB SUMMARY:
DelonJobs is seeking to hire an Intern Accountant (NYSC or Pre-NYSC) that studied Accounting.Candidates must have excellent accounting knowledge, written and communicationskills, as well as prior internship or work experience in accounting. He or sheshould be adept in MS Excel, data management, internet research and socialmedia. This is a paid internship position with great opportunities to learn andparticipate in several training programs. JOB DESCRIPTION:
QUALIFICATIONAND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s or HND in Accounting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Excel and Word skills
- Good knowledge and experience with internet research and social media
- Tech savvy, willing to learn new accounting and CRM software
DUTIES:
- Assist with budgeting, P&L, banking transactions, and internal audit
- Interface with FIRS, LIRS, CAC and other government agencies
- Handle tax remittances and registrations
- Assist with some editing, internet research and social media
- Assist with client service and correspondence – email and phone communication
