- IT hardware and software problems should be investigated, and the necessary fixes should be offered.
- Support the deployment and upgrading of hardware, software, and network solutions.
- Manage the complete life cycle of the Hodusoft application’s contact center products.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, process mapping, and demo presentation for software applications such as Hodusoft, Zendesk, etc.
- Ensure and arrange frequent trainings on the use of new and existing software applications for clients and call center agents/supervisors.
- Implement software solutions across the client’s site while adhering to timeframes, budget, and business requirements.
- Manage the architecture, strategy, and operations of the IT infrastructure.
- Monitoring the efficiency of information technology systems allows for the determination of cost and productivity levels as well as the formulation of suggestions for enhancing the IT infrastructure.
