Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle and logs staff complaint on the helpdesk portal
  2. Works with the hardware and network team to ensure all complaints are treated in due time.


  1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any Numerical field
  2. Knowledge of / Experience in programming applications
  3. 1-3 years’ experience in relevant positions
  4. Good Interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently
  5. Certifications would be an added advantage
  6. Ability to develop processes and ensure effective executions
