Key Responsibilities
- Handle and logs staff complaint on the helpdesk portal
- Works with the hardware and network team to ensure all complaints are treated in due time.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any Numerical field
- Knowledge of / Experience in programming applications
- 1-3 years’ experience in relevant positions
- Good Interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently
- Certifications would be an added advantage
- Ability to develop processes and ensure effective executions
