Assist in the analysis of potential information technology applications, the implementation of improvements to current systems, and the coordination, planning, and delivery of training and support for headquarters and branch IT users.
Responsible for the Local Area Network within the headquarters and ensuring that input conventions are established, information is accessible to all users, and the network is managed in order to provide an accurate and timely response to information needs.
Examine hardware, software, and the network operating system.
Understand all hardware, software, and network operating systems.
Provide new users of existing technology with orientation.
Manage the organization’s software and applications to ensure effective and efficient delivery.
Serve as 1st level support officer for the IT Team and ensure user satisfaction; escalate unresolved issues to 2nd and 3rd level support within and outside the team.
Maintain the Helpdesk application, Create and update Tickets and work orders, and respond quickly to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
