Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Professionals in information technology design, install, program, and maintain hardware and software. 
2. All IT professionals have a passion for learning and the drive to keep their skills up to date, regardless of the size of an IT department or the corporation it services.
3.  IT professionals provide technological solutions for organizational requirements and maintain the efficiency and security of computer and networking systems.
4. IT professionals deal with a company’s IT infrastructure, which consists of devices including desktops, laptops, and networking gear, to install, upgrade, maintain, test, and solve problems.
5. To diagnose issues and propose fixes or replacements.
6. IT staff must have a thorough understanding of networking components like routers and switches as well as computer components like motherboards.
7. The interaction between IT staff and business representatives helps determine the technologies needed.
8. Must be able to handle basic software and hardware problems e.g Printer, system, and network connection.
9. Network and router administration.
10. Any other IT-related responsibilities.
