Job Description


  1. Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements.
  2. Writing job descriptions and posting them on appropriate media platforms.
  3. Screening applicants to ensure they meet the job requirements.
  4. Organizing interviews via phone, video, or in person.
  5. Background and reference checks are carried out.
  6. Introducing the most qualified candidates’ resumes to the hiring manager.
  7. Offering job openings and completing the necessary paperwork.
  8. Keeping track of all applicants and informing them about the application process.
  9. Budgeting for recruitment.


  1. A Bachelor of Science with minimum of 2.1 in Computer Science or any Engineering related field.
  2. Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
  3. Minimum of 2 years work experience.
  4. To be a successful technical recruiter, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the recruitment process.
  5. A good understanding of technology and technical skills.
  6. Experience in technical recruitment processes and platforms.
  7. Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
  8. Excellent communication skills.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and keen attention to details.
