Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Coordination of the delivery of IT infrastructure components for site capital projects is provided by the on-site function, which reports to the capital project IT lead (s).
2. In order to help deliver the IT solutions created for the projects, this applicant will collaborate closely with the capital project IT teams and will be present on the project site full-time.
3. Offers IT network, hardware, and software support for Office 365 to both new and existing employees.
4. Updating software as needed and applying patches
5. Contact Avaya first and collaborate with their team if there are any technical problems.
6. Troubleshooting for hardware/software issues and being the main point of contact for reported call center issues
7. Guarantees IT compliance IT-related problems are being properly assessed, looked into, and fixed.

                  Salary

        N220,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
