Conduct standard troubleshooting/diagnostics of system & network problems, repairs or upgrades of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Apple servers (Open or Active Directory)
Test and evaluate new technology and when required support the roll-out of new applications. Liaise with relevant vendors/suppliers/contractors etc. on behalf of the Organization.
Provide administrative support to the IT team, including the generation of various documents, manuals, and reports.
Perform other functions as may be assigned by the IT Coordinator.
