Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Installation, set-up, and configuration of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.
  2. Configure, test, and maintain LAN/WAN equipment and related services.
  3. Create and deploy email configuration, user, and file permission over the network.
  4. Provide user support for all staff of the Organization face-to-face, via email/messenger platforms, or over the phone.
  5. Deploy, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure (IP address, subnet mask, static routers, switches, DHCP switches, DHCP servers, wireless access points, etc.).
  6. Conduct standard troubleshooting/diagnostics of system & network problems, repairs or upgrades of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  7. Maintain and troubleshoot Windows and Apple servers (Open or Active Directory)
  8. Test and evaluate new technology and when required support the roll-out of new applications. Liaise with relevant vendors/suppliers/contractors etc. on behalf of the Organization.
  9. Provide administrative support to the IT team, including the generation of various documents, manuals, and reports.
  10. Perform other functions as may be assigned by the IT Coordinator.
