Job Description


  1. putting in and setting up computer systems, networks, software, hardware, printers, and scanners
  2. keeping an eye on and maintaining computer networks
  3. addressing issues and requests for service as soon as possible
  4. provide technical assistance within the organization (this may be in person or over the phone)
  5. creating new users’ accounts
  6. Equipment maintenance and replacement when needed
  7. evaluating novel technology
