Setting up and installing computer operating systems and programs.
Maintaining and watching over computer systems.
Provide project teams with technical support.
Performing troubleshooting, identifying and fixing flaws, and addressing network problems.
Whenever necessary, repairing and replacing hardware equipment.
Addressing customer concerns and requests as soon as possible.
