IT Support Officer – ITSO222
- Computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners must be installed and configured.
- Computer system and network monitoring and maintenance.
- Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
- Providing technical support throughout the organization (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Making accounts for new users.
- Equipment repair and replacement as needed.
- New technology is being tested.
- Possibly training junior employees.
