Responsibilities

Computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners must be installed and configured.
Computer system and network monitoring and maintenance.
Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner.
Providing technical support throughout the organization (this may be in person or over the phone)
Making accounts for new users.
Equipment repair and replacement as needed.
New technology is being tested.
Possibly training junior employees.
