Responsibilities

Oversee system error troubleshooting.
Create training and educational materials to ensure that users are aware of security protocols, connection procedures, and other pertinent information.
Proactively seek changes or upgrades that will improve the network and increase business efficiency.
Assist with technical aspects of online meetings and webinars.
Maintain data security for sensitive information.
create and update documentation.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT consumables and ensure that stocks are replenished on a timely basis.
Provide technical support and manage vendor contracts to ensure effective services.
Completely support, configure, maintain, and upgrade enterprise networks and active devices in-house.
Ascertain network security and connectivity.
