Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Act as liaison between the IT unit of an organization and it’s clients.
  2. Explain and provide IT solutions to customers in non-technical and comprehensible terms.
  3. Proffer recommendations to clients looking to purchase new equipment or replace existing ones.
  4. Prepare and present reports to update management on IT support operations.
  5. Operate and work with equipment such as smartboards, external storage devices, computer diagnostic tools, printers etc.
  6. Respond to inquiries about hardware or software issues.
  7. Perform scheduled maintenance on computer systems to ensure efficient operations.
  8. Repair or replace faulty components of a computer/network system.
  9. Design and maintain applications/websites for clients.
  10. Attend educational programs, workshops, and seminars to stay abreast with developments in the IT industry.
