Responsibilities

The Assistant will support the IT Technician in carrying out a number of tasks. Excellent organizational and communication abilities are required for this position. Experience in computer science or networking is preferred.
serve as the initial point of contact for all IT problems involving desktop/laptop and application assistance.
doing regular maintenance for IT equipment, such as imaging, software updates, minor repairs
upgrading the operating systems of computers, laptops, printers, etc.
helping with system installations, integrations, and settings
Operating systems, application software, and system administration tools should be installed, configured, tested, and maintained.
help maintain high levels of system and infrastructure availability
Work mechanical, CNC, and operations repairs and operation with the IT technician.
upholds standards for the network infrastructure.
