Main Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively manage classroom with children age between 6 years to 17 years old.
Engage students in fun and relevant lessons based on established curriculum and specific classroom needs
Establish and communicate clear objectives for all sessions, observe and track students’ progress and attendance
Reinforce positive student behaviour and clubhouse rules
Maintain a positive relationship with all students, families and staff
Communicate with management to discuss member progress, needs, and concerns.
Attend required weekly meetings and professional development training organized by Management.
