Responsibilities:
- Evaluating applicants for positions in accordance with job requirements and TCG’s basic values.
- Organize talent acquisition initiatives to promote TCG.
- Develop long-term recruitment goals and research possible hiring needs.
- Oversee, cultivate, and mentor TCG’s talent acquisition.
- In all facets of talent acquisition, work with management and team leads as a partner and coach.
- Oversee any talent acquisition training provided by the business.
- Partner with team leaders and coach them in all facets of talent acquisition.
- Oversee any talent acquisition training provided by the business.
- Any additional task that is allocated inside the talent acquisition unit.
- It is necessary to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as the capacity to persuade people.
- A track record of developing others and managing others.
- Knowledge of how to collaborate across various employment patterns to effect results.
- Proven ability to promote a proactive attitude.
