Learning and Development Lead
- First Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Arts, Business or related fields
- Post Graduate Degree would be an added advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in training and development
- Wide knowledge in the Learning and Development sphere. Certifications would be Added Advantage
- Currency, Proficiency and Savvy in IT/Tech plus extensive user-ability on Digital Platforms
- Substantial knowledge and experience with Human Resources and/or Educational Management
- Aged between 25 – 35 years.
