Job Description

 Responsibilities

1. Conduct scientific studies of behavioral patterns and cognitive function.
2. Observe and interview individuals, recording the interactions.
3. Research psychological, emotional, behavioral or organizational patterns and identify issues.
4. Diagnose potential disorders.
5. Discuss possible methods of treatment with patients.
6. Research and write papers on clinical psychology issues and disorders.

Skills and Requirement

1. Minimum of Masters degree in Psychology.
2. Work as a clinical psychologist with added advantage having a Ph.D. in Psychology or a Doctor of Psychology degree, also known as a Psy.D.
3. Must be licensed and be in practice.
4. Highly motivated and inspired to help others.
5. Empathy and Good listening skills.
6. Communication skills.
7. Interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
9. Analytical skills.
10. Integrity.
11. Observational skills.
12. Must have working experience with an NGO.
13. Person Must pass background check which includes providing 3Guarantors and 3Referees
