Job Description

Position: Live Chat Assistant

Job type: Full time

Job Location: Lekki phase 1, Lagos

Work Schedule: Hybrid

Job Description:

  • Fulfil all customer order requests and communicate customer information with the inventory manager for delivery purposes.
  • Adhere to company live chat scripts, policies, and procedures.
  • Up-sell and Cross-sell products and services to all customers.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products and resources to assist customers with their questions.
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
  • Work with confidential customer information.
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first customer interaction by being proactive.

Requirements and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of customer service and live chat experience.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong time management & organizational skills.
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Emotional Intelligence and control abilities.
  • Female candidate preferred.

Salary: ₦50,000.00 per month
