Salary: 15k + 40% Net Recovery
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contactcustomers who owe money.
• Negotiatepayment plans.
• Investigateand resolve discrepancies in payment accounts.
• Keeptrack of assigned accounts.
• Follow upcustomers for debt recovery.
• Plan acourse of action to recover outstanding debts
REQUIREMENTS
· OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication or otherrelated fields.
· Not more than 34 years of age
. 1 – 3 years of workexperience
· Relevant experiencein Customer Service is an advantage.
· Strong phonecontact handling skills and active listening.
· Familiarity withCRM systems and practices
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond todifferent types of characters
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage timeeffectively
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
