Job Description
- The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus, ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it, organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance and schedules for service.
- Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
- Monitor and ensure all online and dine-in orders are swiftly
- Prepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by the CEO or authorized Management consulting firm.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand in the local community & recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
- Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
- Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
- Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand in the local community & recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
