Job Description

  • The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
  • Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus, ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it, organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
  • Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
  • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance and schedules for service.
  • Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
  • Monitor and ensure all online and dine-in orders are swiftly
  • Prepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by the CEO or authorized Management consulting firm.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Promote the brand in the local community & recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
  • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Promote the brand in the local community & recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
