Job Description
The Restaurant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards.
Collaborates with chefs to develop appetizing menus, ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it, organizes and oversees the staff schedules.
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance and schedules for service.
Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
Monitor and ensure all online and dine-in orders are swiftly
Prepare and submit operations reports and other documentation requested by the CEO or authorized Management consulting firm.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Promote the brand in the local community & recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
Ensures customer satisfaction with all aspects of the restaurant and dining experience.
Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations.
Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Promote the brand in the local community & recommend ways to reach a broader audience.
