Job Description
- Building and maintaining a culture of excellence so as to ensure that the Company maintains its position on the pinnacle of the steel industry in Malawi,
- Establishing and maintaining effective internal control systems.
- Developing measures processes and initiatives that would improve efficiencies and cushion the Company from existing and potential challenges and risks, so as to improve profitability;
- Managing the budget and ensuring adherence to the approved annual budget of the Company;
- Performing such duties as may be assigned by the Board from time to time.Z
