A consumer packaged grocery food Retail Store (MULTIFIX Food-Variety Store) urgently requires suitably qualified Marketer.
JOB TYPE: “Part-time”
JOB POSITION: Marketer
JOB LOCATION: Apete, Ibadan (Oyo State)
REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidates:
• Must be residing in Ibadan and have a good FAMILIARITY with Apete, Ijokodo, Sango and Eleyele.
• Must be of good character; humble, polite, disciplined, intelligent and smart.
• Must be passionate, positive, proactive, enthusiastic, goal and result-oriented.
• Must have a great PASSION for MARKETING and SELLING of goods.
• Must have a good MARKETING FIELD WORK EXPERIENCE, especially on ‘CUSTOMER PROSPECTING‘ as well as ‘SELLING‘.
• Must be able to work independently as a part-time Marketer.
The qualified candidate must have the following SKILLS:
• Solid knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Creative and commercial awareness skills.
• Influencing and negotiation skills.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Good oral presentation skills for media broadcasting in advertising/selling of the product brand.
• Good interpersonal relationship with the customers, market stakeholders, market women and traders.
The qualified candidate must have the CAPABILITY in handling the following task:
• Sharing with the customers the advertising/promotional materials – flyers, bronchures etc for boosting sales.
• Direct selling to the customers.
• Facilitating sales for meeting up with the ‘sales target’.
